We use it mainly for Virtual Commissioning and continuous improvement of our production lines. In combination with PLCsim advanced we are able to simulate complete kinematics behavior together with robot movements and PLC code logic.
  • Complete kinematics behavior
  • Robot movements
  • Collision check
  • Human simulation
  • Add another brand of robot RCS out of KUKA
  • Faster react to customer needs - keep in track with current trends
Definitely start for Virtual Commissioning, verification of complete behavior and PLC and robot code is really game changing in release your product to market.
  • Kinematics simulation
  • robot simulation
  • PLC connection
  • Ramp up time reduction
  • Scrap reduction during commissioning
  • Faster programming PLC and robot without physical needs of them
  • Overview of the complete system in front
