We use SignNow here mainly to sign internal documents and contracts with suppliers. Before, everything was done by email; you had to print, sign, scan, and send it back... now it's much faster. It helps a lot with the problem of delays in closing agreements and with organization because everything is saved in the system. We're still expanding it to use in some sectors, such as purchasing and HR, but the idea is to expand to other areas over time. Ele ajuda bastante no problema da demora pra fechar acordos, e também na questão de organização, pq tudo fica salvo em sistema. A gente ainda expadindo para usar em alguns setores só, tipo compras e RH, mas a ideia é expandir pra outras áreas com o tempo.

SignNow works well when you need to get signatures from several people who are in different places, such as a contract with an outside supplier or approval of documents between departments. There have been cases where we were able to resolve everything in one day, something that used to take a week easily. Now, when the issue requires more detail or changes all the time (such as a document still under review), it is not as practical to use it, because it has to be resent every time. Another case where SignNow helped a lot was when we needed to get a signature for an urgent contract with a supplier who was traveling. We sent it through the system, and in less than half an hour, everything was signed, without having to print anything, everything online and securely.

O SignNow funciona bem quando tem que pegar assinatura de varias pessoas que estão em lugares diferentes, tipo contrato com fornecedor de fora ou aprovação de documentos entre setores. Já teve caso que conseguimos resolver tudo em um dia, coisa que antes levava uma semana fácil. Agora, quando a questão necessita de detalhamento ou que muda o tempo todo (tipo documento em revisão ainda), aí não é tão prático usar ele, por do reenvio toda vez. Outro caso o SignNow ajudou bastante foi quando a gente precisou pegar assinatura de um contrato urgente com um fornecedor que estava viajando. Mandamos pelo sistema e em menos de meia hora estava tudo assinado, sem precisar imprimir nada, tudo de maneira online e segura.

We use SignNow for communication with parents of students where their signature is required. We used to send paper permission slips home and had difficulty getting them back, or they were probably forgeries by students just seeking a quicker time to turn the form in. With SignNow we're able to directly email just parents. Some of our trips require a financial commitment, and having their electronic signature on a document has helped prevent many from late withdrawal from a trip.

SignNow works well for creating a template that then can be shared with a link for people to fill in their details and sign. I do wish it then could easily collect the response data natively to a Google Sheet.

I use sign now for a variety of documents. It is a very intuitive program to use. Mainly used for documents but the templates for NDA is easy to deploy and people find it very easy to sign documents without any problems. There are a lot of features that are easy to use. It saves email addresses, allows you to make templates which are very helpful since it expedites use on a larger scale.

SignNow is particularly useful for simple documents, forms and contracts where there the fields are pretty standards- names, signature block, title. It would be helpful to have features that allow substitution of certain fill in the blanks such that allow you to use the same template but first have a dialog to integrate language for a person, corporation, partnership or LLP. I'm a lawyer and having the ability to assemble variation of this nature into one template would be helpful. Also (and it may do this) the ability to change the actual form/document within the a template would be useful.

Using the tool for all sorts of signature's both internal and external.Internal signatures for any documents which require approval and authorised signature internally.External is with the clients, vendors, resellers, partners for all official documentation so that the signatures can be done easily and smoothly well within the stipulated time.

Ease of use for someone who is not technical. Saves time as you dont have to send documents manually or hard copies for signature.

At time the tool crashes and then the entire task has to be done again. There is room on improving the templates on the tool. Plus having the option to select fonts should be there.
