Overall Satisfaction with airSlate SignNow

I use SignNow to handle all of my document filling out and signing needs. My company's primary use case is for contracts with influencers, creators, agencies, contractors, etc., government documents like w-9s, and MNDAs. We heavily take advantage of their templates feature to make our processes more efficient. Very easy to use tool.
  • Sending documents for others to sign.
  • Checking on the status of documents you've sent.
  • Creating templates to make processes more efficient.
  • Create custom default fields that are easy to input into documents.
  • Allow for more flexibility in the creation of templates.
  • By switching to SignNow, we reduced some of our SaaS costs.
  • We've save time and became more efficient via reusable templates.
It's an easy to use tool, but all tools can be improved upon. You get all of the basics, but some of their competitors off more bells and whistles, which is why I'm giving them a score of an 8.
We were a former user of DocuSign. We decided to switch, mainly due to DocuSign being a prohibitively high price and SignNow offer very similar features for a more affordable price.

It's appropriate for most companies who need documents filled out and signed easily by multiple parties. It also comes at a fairly competitive price point, which is never a bad thing.
