Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use SignNow here mainly to sign internal documents and contracts with suppliers. Before, everything was done by email; you had to print, sign, scan, and send it back... now it's much faster. It helps a lot with the problem of delays in closing agreements and with organization because everything is saved in the system. We're still expanding it to use in some sectors, such as purchasing and HR, but the idea is to expand to other areas over time. A gente usa o SignNow aqui mais pra assinar documentos internos e contratos com fornecedores. Antes era tudo por e-mail, tinha que imprimir, assinar, escanear e mandar de volta... agora ficou bem mais rápido. Ele ajuda bastante no problema da demora pra fechar acordos, e também na questão de organização, pq tudo fica salvo em sistema. A gente ainda expadindo para usar em alguns setores só, tipo compras e RH, mas a ideia é expandir pra outras áreas com o tempo.

I only had to contact them once because a document got stuck when I was signing it, so I sent them an email and they responded the next day. They solved the problem, but I found it a bit slow... They could have more direct support, like live chat or even WhatsApp. I believe that if there was a subscription plan for dedicated support it would also be very interesting. For example, a large company with several signature routines, including important signatures that block important workflow processes and sometimes with high added value, these companies, due to the risks, do not want to stop a process because of a signature, so they would not mind investing a little more in dedicated support.

Minha experiência com o suporte do airSlate SignNow foi super ok até agora. Só precisei entrar em contato uma vez porque um documento travou na hora de assinar, aí mandei um e-mail e eles responderam no dia seguinte. Resolveram o problema, mas achei meio demorado... podia ter um suporte mais direto, tipo chat ao vivo ou até WhatsApp, acredito que se houvesse um plano de assinatura para suporte dedicado também seria bem interessante, por exemplo uma empresa grande com varias rotinas de assinaturas, entre elas temos assinaturas importantes que travem procesos de Workflow importantes e as vezes de alto valor agregrado, essas empresas devido as riscos não querem parar um processo por conta de um assinatura, por isso não ligariam de investir um pouco mais em suporte dedicado.

Usability

I gave it a 9 because the system is very easy to use, even for those who are not very familiar with digital signatures. It is all very intuitive, you can send, sign and track documents without any complications. I only didn't give it a 10 because sometimes it gets stuck when the file is large (very rare but it happens) or there are a lot of people to sign, and then you have to keep resending it and also, as I mentioned, the dedicated support would be interesting in case of emergency.

Dei 9 porque o sistema é bem fácil de usar, mesmo pra quem não é muito familiarizado com essas coisas de assinatura digital. É tudo bem intuitivo, dá pra enviar, assinar e acompanhar os docs sem complicação. Só não dei 10 porque às vezes ele dá umas travadas quando o arquivo é pesado (muito dificil mais acontece) ou tem muita gente pra assinar, e aí precisa ficar reenviando e também como comentei do suporte dedicado que seria interessante em caso de urgência

DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign and Dropbox Sign

In addition to SignNow, I've seen or used DocuSign, Adobe Sign, and DropBox. DocuSign is the most famous, but I found it a bit complicated to use at first. Adobe Sign is also good, but I felt it was more "heavy", with more stuff than we really need. I found Drobox to be very simple and straightforward, but SignNow ended up working better for us overall. SignNow ended up standing out because it's easier to use on a daily basis, the interface is cleaner, and it doesn't have as many frills as Adobe Sign. DocuSign has a lot of features, but it ends up being more expensive and not everyone uses it, so it wasn't worth it. Drobox, on the other hand, is much simpler, and I think SignNow offers more features for the same level of simplicity. In the end, we chose it because it better suited what we needed and at a fairer cost.

Além do SignNow, já vi ou usei o DocuSign, o Adobe Sign e o DropBox. O DocuSign é mais famoso, mas achei meio complicado de usar no começo.O Adobe Sign é bom também, mas senti que ele é mais “pesado”, tipo com mais coisa do que a gente realmente precisa. E o Drobox achei bem simples e direto, mas o SignNow acabou funcionando melhor pra gente no geral. O SignNow acabou se destacando pq é mais fácil de mexer no dia a dia, a interface é mais limpa e não tem tanta firula que nem o Adobe Sign. O DocuSign tem muita função, mas acaba sendo mais caro e nem tudo a gente usa, então não compensava. Já o Drobox chega a ser muito mais simples e achei que o SignNow entrega mais recurso pelo mesmo nível de simplicidade. No fim das contas, escolhemos ele pq bateu melhor com o que a gente precisava e com um custo mais justo.

SignNow works well when you need to get signatures from several people who are in different places, such as a contract with an outside supplier or approval of documents between departments. There have been cases where we were able to resolve everything in one day, something that used to take a week easily. Now, when the issue requires more detail or changes all the time (such as a document still under review), it is not as practical to use it, because it has to be resent every time. Another case where SignNow helped a lot was when we needed to get a signature for an urgent contract with a supplier who was traveling. We sent it through the system, and in less than half an hour, everything was signed, without having to print anything, everything online and securely.

O SignNow funciona bem quando tem que pegar assinatura de varias pessoas que estão em lugares diferentes, tipo contrato com fornecedor de fora ou aprovação de documentos entre setores. Já teve caso que conseguimos resolver tudo em um dia, coisa que antes levava uma semana fácil. Agora, quando a questão necessita de detalhamento ou que muda o tempo todo (tipo documento em revisão ainda), aí não é tão prático usar ele, por do reenvio toda vez. Outro caso o SignNow ajudou bastante foi quando a gente precisou pegar assinatura de um contrato urgente com um fornecedor que estava viajando. Mandamos pelo sistema e em menos de meia hora estava tudo assinado, sem precisar imprimir nada, tudo de maneira online e segura.
