StringeeX allows me to monitor my salesforce and keep track of all requests with one application in lieu of several different apps that I would need to switch back and forth between.
Pros
- It records and monitors calls impeccably.
- The support team is very reliable and efficient.
- The interface is very user friendly.
Cons
- I would like to see a decrease in dropped calls.
- Increased support for older Ios systems
Likelihood to Recommend
In my day to day it is wonderful for integrating my team under one interface and allows us to focus on the job at hand instead of switching back and forth between multiple programs. It is less suited for remote work where it seems that the stability of one's internet provider comes into play.
