The Bulk Upload Changed My Repurposing Content Game.

Rating: 8 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Socialpilot to keep my social sharing on auto-pilot. I rarely have the opportunity to sign into Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google My Business, or Facebook anymore, so it's nice to know I still have content being shared daily there. I'm more active on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram nowadays, so I don't feel like I'm entirely abandoning my other channels, even with the lack of time.

Pros

  • Bulk Uploading - this is the #1 reason I'm still with Socialpilot! Having a CSV file upload makes it much easier!
  • Images are automatically included - with many bulk uploads you'd have to upload your own images rather than it being pulled directly from the link. This is a game-changer!
  • Platforms - many are included!
  • Price - some are simply too expensive nowadays but SocialPilot is still one of the best competitors when it comes to price.

Cons

  • While I love Bulk Uploading, it still takes me quite a bit of time each month to add new blog posts and YouTube videos to my CSV file before I bulk upload, I'd love to see SocialPilot come up with a way to automatically scan your websites and social channels and automatically generate an updated CSV file for you - where you can then remove/edit whatever you need to in the CSV file before scheduling.
  • While many social platforms can connect to SocialPilot, I don't connect my YouTube or Instagram because I feel like I don't have enough control here. It would be great if the AI pilot could take more tasks of content creators' hands by not only offering AI text creation but automatically saving posts into a CSV-like file or allowing that particular text and link to be shared every 2 months, for example. Simply put, I'd like to cut out the updating of my CSV file and re-upload it. For example, AI tools like Repurose.io repurpose my Instagram Reels into TikTok videos and YouTube shorts automatically upon publishing, so since I've started on the platform, I've never again had to log in.

Content creators who want to be everywhere at once with limited time! Or those who really see the importance in a content calendar (I know for most it's important - for me, not so much)

Affordable Social Management for Small Digital Agencies

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We manage a number of social media accounts for our clients (40+) and had previously used another provider whose prices were astronomical. I needed a more cost effective management system which could hold my staff members accountable without having to pay huge extra user licences. SocialPilot was so easy to setup and simple to use, invite both staff and clients to. Excellent product.

Pros

  • Scheduled Posting
  • Multi Platform Posting
  • Analytics and Reporting
  • Multi User Accounts with different user privileges

Cons

  • I've not found any areas yet

Likelihood to Recommend

I've already introduced it to a number of my colleagues and it's saving them time too.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

SocialPilot is the social media advertising software that provides us with powerful features that help in content creation, scheduling, publishing on social media, and the management of all social media channels from a centralized location. It supports all major social media platforms and we can customize the posting schedule as soon as we connect a social account.

Pros

  • Acts as single interface for all the social networks
  • Provides social media analytics
  • Provides powerful collaboration features to teams
  • Creation, curation, scheduling and publishing posts

Cons

  • [I feel] Instagram analytics are lacking
  • The free plan is not complete

Likelihood to Recommend

It is budget-friendly and is able to support major social sites that businesses use to promote their products leading to massive page visits. It allows a user to upload custom images and videos to help in beautifying the campaigns and it is easy to add team members and assign tasks so that there is a smooth workflow in digital marketing.

SocialPilot is great for small teams and agencies

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

SocialPilot is used across out entire agency, both for internal social media management and analytics as well as managing social media content for our clients. We've used tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and others in the past, but SocialPilot has been our favorite so far, especially with the ability to bring clients into the platform separate from internal users.

Pros

  • The analytics feature is fairly well-laid out and is easy for clients to understand their reports
  • When you start drafting a post, you can tweak the individual social platform posts without affecting the others. This saves a lot of time.
  • The ability to have contributors create drafts that must be approved by a manager is fantastic and very user-friendly. It's also not an add-on or extra cost like other tools.

Cons

  • The interface is kind of outdated, but easy to get around

Likelihood to Recommend

It is very well suited in agencies or organizations where a number of people will be creating content but a few will be editing and scheduling. Especially if you work with external organizations and manage their social media channels. I would recommend it for non-profits as well, or organizations that utilize a team of volunteers for content creation.
