As a generalist looking after a ton of things, I have to manage multiple inboxes and my personal inboxes as well. But with Superhuman, I get a single interface to access them all and also get them filtered. The filtering is much better than in other tool out there and on top of that Superhuman's AI is very accurate.
Pros
AI filtering
Inbox switching
Spam & promotional email filtering
Cons
Pricing is too steep

Superhuman makes it easy to read and respond to emails. The interface is clean and features like snippets, keyboard shortcuts, AI summaries and writing allow people who read and send a lot of emails to process their inbox easily.
Pros
Faster than Gmail - if speed is a priority Superhuman loads and processes very quickly
Clean interface - Superhuman is well designed, making it easy to focus on only what you're writing
Snippets save time - by prewriting snippets and adding them via shortcuts, writing emails is quick
Cons
The AI is still in development, so the AI emails it writes can be hit or miss

It's especially good for sales people because it allows you to see if someone has looked at your email, when, and how many times.
This email client was recommended to me by my CEO, who said it saves him a few hours a week at least. It has helped me manage my inbox, be more responsive, and schedule follow-ups exceptionally well. I have even chosen to stick with iOS to have the mobile app with me. The game-changing function of this email client is that it's keyboard-centric, with logical shortcuts for all tasks, always driving a zero-inbox goal and clever "snippets" (canned responses) plus other shortcuts like replying to all in an email thread, then choosing to attach the previous email's attachments! I use that all the time! Last thing that is likely my favourite already mentioned reminders and scheduling sending of emails. You sent the time you want something to come back to your inbox based on someone NOT responding or regardless. With the scheduling, if someone replies before the scheduled email is sent, it will suspend my scheduled email and keep it as a draft.
Pros
Remind you about emails if no one responds at a certain time.
Keyboard centric, saving you time on actions and navigating without your mouse.
Scheduling emails to be sent at a preferred time.
Cons
When I started adopting it, it was VERY Apple-focused. I could not get access to Android and Windows. They are not releasing an Android version, and there is web access for Windows, which I use with an iPhone.
Built-in calendar, while nice, could be a little more functional.

Help with filtering email to primary/important, to tasks, and calendar events, and be way better at managing your inbox, especially around following-up on unresponsive emails.
Huge for salespeople or people who receive a massive number of emails daily.
I use it to check my daily emails, assign tasks and keep the follow-up of projects and to add reminders. The shortcuts that you can use are very helpful. I love Screens you get when you have an inbox zero.
Pros
Email organization
Level-up shortcuts
Nice UX and interface
Advanced functions you can't get on Gmail
Cons
Third apps integration (Slack, Google Meet)
Tasks apps integration (Notes, Notion)

When you have a lot of emails and you need a helpful tool to classify them and focus on important tasks or follow-ups from your emails.
I run a small business and therefore wear many hats. I receive a large number of emails every day, many of which are relevant and important to my business and personal life. Managing these emails with traditional tools is cumbersome and slow. Superhuman takes the pain out of dealing with my emails, automating so many critically important functions, I don't know how I'd survive without it going forward. I highly recommend Superhuman, without any reservation. The small time investment required to get up to speed (approx 1 week of active use in my case) has saved me thousands of hours that I have been able to use more productively, and my response times and follow up have improved dramatically. Thumbs up all the way!
Pros
Key commands for powerful tools/macros
Simplified yet powerful organization
Automation
Cons
Customize notification sounds
Customize split inbox display (e.g. total vs. unread messages)
More robust reminder tools and integration with Apple

Managing emails with traditional tools is cumbersome and slow. Superhuman takes the pain out of dealing with emails, automating so many critically important functions. The following are accomplished with just a single key command each: - unsubscribe from unwanted emails, and also archive or delete all others from the same sender - set up a calendar entry from an email - create and use auto-text ("snippets") to make replies faster - set reminders for follow up, so if someone doesn't get back to you, you'll remember to contact them
