I would not recommend SuperOps.ai to a colleague due to, in my opinion, its unreliable service, frequent downtime, and poor customer support. In my experience, the platform has numerous bugs, missing essential features, and lacks proper integrations with key third-party tools. When issues arise, in my opinion, the support team is slow and unhelpful, making it frustrating to resolve critical problems. Overall, the service has caused more disruptions than solutions, and I would advise looking for more reliable alternatives. I believe it's a joke of a company.

SuperOps.ai helps us streamline our RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) and PSA (Professional Services Automation) automations in ways other vendors in the MSP space haven't always considered. We firmly believe in the synergy an all-in-one platform creates, and SuperOps.ai really shines when taking advantage of both RMM and PSA. They are constantly pushing both quality of live updates, reworks of existing features, and net-new features to their platform across RMM and PSA at a speed the legacy players could only dream of.

SuperOps.ai is positioned to be and continues to move itself in ways to be the best MSP platform available. Their PSA is so easy to work with it could easily reach past the IT industry as a service delivery platform for nearly any other vertical utilizing service professionals. SuperOps.ai doesn't work well for companies requiring complex tax assessment and calculations like telcos. They are slated to address this in the near future. (Written in 07/2024)
