Overall Satisfaction with SuperOps.ai
We tried using SuperOps.ai for IT management, but it was a huge disappointment. In my opinion, the platform is unreliable, buggy, and lacks proper support. In my experience constant downtime and missing features made it impossible to manage our operations efficiently. Instead of solving business problems, I feel it created more headaches. Definitely not a solution we can recommend.
- Wasted time and resources – Constant troubleshooting reduced productivity.
- Loss of revenue – Downtime and system failures disrupted client services.
- Increased operational costs – Had to invest in alternative solutions due to platform issues.
- Negative client impact – Poor performance damaged trust and credibility with customers.
We initially thought SuperOps.ai would be a solid choice, but we were wrong. Compared to other platforms, in my opinion, it lacks reliability, has frequent downtime, and provides poor customer support. We selected it based on promising features, but in reality, in my experience, the system is buggy, missing key functionality, and more frustrating than helpful. It has caused more problems than solutions, and we regret the decision. One of the biggest mistakes in our business history.
