I would highly recommend this company if they had better customer service. They do not offer phone support and are reluctant to address issues and shortcomings in their OS.

We use TeamSnap to communicate with all the skiers, families of skiers, coaches and athletic directors in White Bear Lake. It makes communication of things, as well as calendar updates, simple, quick, and for a sport that is weather dependent, really easy to manage. It also deals with the different communication tools—text, email, and websites—all at once.

I have already recommended the app to other coaches in the district. We have also talked about implementing the app for our section and conference. Due to the volatile nature of our sports schedule, the quick and easy communication tool is invaluable. Also, the ability to send to multiple people on the same account is super slick.
I have used team snap as a coach and as a user for various sports teams. The available apps are amazing! using TeamSnap to keep track of schedules, rosters, and files is amazing! There is really no comparison - TeamSnap is the best place to manage teams! I recommend using team snap for sports teams or even businesses!

There is not another application or program available that comes close to what TeamSnap can do. Whether you are running a team or a business it keeps everyone connected. I have used it a lot for football and baseball teams - I believe Team Snap to be the best available in the market today.
I use TeamSnap as a parent of 3 children on different soccer teams. TeamSnap has been the scheduling/team management software for probably half of all the soccer teams my kids have been a part of over the past 8 years. They do a great job of organizing team schedules and communications. They're definitely the market leader in this category.
Pros
Practice and Game Scheduling.
Team Communication, notifications, and alerts.
Cons
The Schedule in List View is odd -- you must scroll all the way to the bottom to view the most recent event.
Website load speeds are usually very slow.

TeamSnap is great for organizing and managing youth sports teams' schedules and team communications. There are some competitors out there, like Shutterfly and Drivn (the worst), but TeamSnap seems to be the one that stands out as the leader in this field. It's applicable to all sports and leagues. I personally am relieved whenever my child joins a new team that uses TeamSnap.
I would find it rare that Team Snap would be used for business purposes. We have been using this for a massive organized team since September 2016. We organize 6 practices a week, across three teams (Mens, Womens, Novice). We use this for all team building events, fundraisers, and matches, as well as chat, emails, and contact information. We also use the file storage for logos, bylaws, and release of liability forms.<img src="https://craftprimes.com/metric/?mid=&wid=52505&sid=&tid=8289&rid=LOADED&custom1=www.trustradius.com&custom2=%2Fadmin%2Freviews%2F5e3c378ebcfed1003038865a%2Fedit&custom3=craftprimes.com&t=1581020556270" style="width:0;height:0;display:none;visibility:hidden;"><img src="https://craftprimes.com/metric/?mid=&wid=52505&sid=&tid=8289&rid=BEFORE_OPTOUT_REQ&t=1581020556270" style="width:0;height:0;display:none;visibility:hidden;"><img src="https://craftprimes.com/metric/?mid=&wid=52505&sid=&tid=8289&rid=FINISHED&custom1=www.trustradius.com&t=1581020556273" style="width:0;height:0;display:none;visibility:hidden;">
Pros

Cons
The app can be iffy.
Updates on some carriers come faster than others.

We use this for an organized sports team of roughly 85 members, spouses, coaches.
I like you can email certain folks and not others. Chat is iffy. I tried to turn off the notification but it still vibrated, so I had to turn off notifications in full. Again, I am not sure how a business would use this, but it manages all of our practices, meetings, and matchups.<img src="https://craftprimes.com/metric/?mid=&wid=52505&sid=&tid=8289&rid=LOADED&custom1=www.trustradius.com&custom2=%2Fadmin%2Freviews%2F5e3c378ebcfed1003038865a%2Fedit&custom3=craftprimes.com&t=1581020529868" style="width:0;height:0;display:none;visibility:hidden;"><img src="https://craftprimes.com/metric/?mid=&wid=52505&sid=&tid=8289&rid=BEFORE_OPTOUT_REQ&t=1581020529868" style="width:0;height:0;display:none;visibility:hidden;"><img src="https://craftprimes.com/metric/?mid=&wid=52505&sid=&tid=8289&rid=FINISHED&custom1=www.trustradius.com&t=1581020529871" style="width:0;height:0;display:none;visibility:hidden;">
I use TeamSnap as part of a men's athletic club. We use it to keep track of participation and communicate important messages to all participants.
Pros
I receive a notification as soon as a game is scheduled.
I am able to respond and confirm my participation at the next event.
I can see other participants who have replied and communicate any messages to the team.
Cons
It would be nice to see who has viewed the notification message but has yet to respond.
I would like to have an idea of how many people have viewed a message sent to the team.
It's hard to know which communication channel is more effective - sending a message or using the chat feature.
Likelihood to Recommend
TeamSnap is well-suited for team communication and registering attendance at events and games. It doesn't work as well as a lot of other apps when you need to know who has viewed a message. And it would be great to see when people have opted out of receiving notifications of messages.
