I'm in a real-estate, here in our company we add all our leads in telecrm assigned to every team. the telecaller team qualifies the leads and them we convert team. We all use telecrm day in and day out. We track our all the leads in the crm all the interaction and lead status everything can be seamlessly done. The best part is WhatsApp integration. We can run WhatsApp campaigns in telecrm; creating campaign flows is very easy, and the UI is very user-friendly. And we get a mobile app as well to that we dont have to be in front of system always which is not possible as being the part of field work.
