Our Enterprise Data Warehouse leverages the power and storage Vantage provides for large healthcare data and the many data sources associated with healthcare needs. The flexibility to develop, normalize, connect and deploy analytical tools and insights and AI models in a fast-paced environment allows for innovative solutions.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Teradata Vantage as our enterprise data warehouse platform. We ingest data from internal systems (i.e. EHR, HR, GL) and external vendors (i.e. benchmarking, claims, reference data) in order to provide insights for patient care, finance and labor forecasting, operational reporting, and many other use cases throughout the organization. Teradata provides us with the ability to quickly ingest large volumes of this data and make it available to our business intelligence and advanced analytics applications.

In my experience, Teradata is well suited organizations who have a firm grasp of their needs, have a moderate to advanced level of technical knowledge, and are able to integrate or replace existing technologies with the Teradata platform as needed. I've networked with other Teradata customers from large national banks to small 10-20 employee niche data related businesses; if your data can take advantage of Teradata's platform performance, it can be a great solution.

Today we use Teradata Vantage as the central tool for managing all the Bank's information. It serves as our central repository to ensure data accuracy, a unified data view, and secure information handling." We are also leveraging Vantage's analytical capabilities to develop predictive models based on the information stored in the datawarehouse, without needing to transfer it to another technological solution and executing everything in-database.

Keep a closer eye on innovations in ML/AI.

Teradata is a vendor who has an extensive quantity of services, for our company is a needed in a day-by-day support. A company oriented to data driven culture, Teradata brings an excellent support. In my organization we use Teradata Vantage, Analytics and Data warehousing solution. I would recommend to contract Teradata to other customers because all the necessities that they could have could be solved by Teradata services and suites of solutions.

For companies with a large quantity of data with a complex scenario (large quantity of applications) Teradata brings a complete solution oriented to a BI Strategy for all the areas of the company. We already don´t know a lot of functionalities about Teradata Vantage. For us the advantage is that as part of technology area we will not put focus in patching and upgrades execution. Based on less scenarios we handdle a lot of sensitive data and we are no authorize to keep this in cloud

I use Teradata from the SQL Assistant to perform queries on the Banco Patagonia data warehouse to analyze incident cases, test cases, and test verification. I can't find any product issues in my organization. I work as a senior data analyst, performing queries on the Teradata database on which our data warehouse is built.

No encuentro problemas del producto en mi organizacion. Me desempeño como analista de datos senior, realizando consultas a la base de datos Teradata sobre la que se estrucutura nuestro Datawarehouse.

We use Teradata Vantage to connect from different sources, to analyze data and create business models. Therefore, it is an important contributor to our analytical modeling process. To generate consistent information for our users we have different stages before putting our models in production and ready to be use: development, testing and production.

Teradata Vantage is a tool best for analysis of data to model business cases according. I would say it is less appropriate for final users. You would need a friendlier front. In our case, for instance, we use Strategy.

En la aplicacion de Teradata Vantage, la mayoría de las veces se cortaba la conexión y luego para restablecerla se tildaba y luego de eso perdía todo los scripts que no llegue a guardar. In the Teradata Vantage application, most of the time the connection would drop and then in order to restore it, I would have to check something and after that, I would lose all the scripts that I didn't manage to save.
