Fathom Changed How We Work
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We primarily use it for client meetings of all kinds, allowing us to have insights into cross-functional conversations that help us be better informed across different departments. It has effectively removed silos, making us more efficient and knowledgeable in our client-facing interactions.
We also use it as a notetaker in internal meetings, making it easy to recall takeaways and action items, as well as keeping teammates up to date if they happen to be out that day.
The ability to summarize calls, search for keywords and topics, and pinpoint action items has been invaluable across our org.
From a learning standpoint, Fathom has enabled us to be a fly on the wall for any meeting, allowing us to learn valuable insights, tactics, and techniques from each other. It has given managers visibility into the performance of their direct reports, enabling actionable feedback and opportunities for growth.
