We use Tovuti LMS as an education platform to provide our field representatives the training and education they need to provide our customer the information they need to make confident purchases. It has majorly cut down on the amount of time it would take a new hire to learn our range of products and be productive in our sales environments. I shopped many LMS platforms and couldn't be happier with my decision, as it is extremely user friendly and houses all different types of content beautifully.

I have recommended Tovuti LMS to many of my business partners as they are shopping for platforms to house educational content. There were many similar programs that didn't feel as if they were necessarily meant for training and education and while Tovuti LMS can be used in different ways, it is easy to shape it into what you want it to be used for.

We use Tovuti LMS to deliver online training to the public and internal staff. We needed a SCORM-compliant and reasonably priced learning management system in which to house, create and distribute content to internal and external participants. We wanted a sleek interface that almost any level of user would find intuitive.

Tovuti LMS is excellent for organizations with limited knowledge on how to build their public-facing pages and those that produce limited amounts of content. Tovuti LMS is hard to use in organizations with specific white-labeling needs or who produce larger amounts of material for distribution. The system is highly cumbersome and doesn't function as a traditional learning management system. Tovuti's customer support team is lacking in responsiveness, but the technical support team works very hard to answer questions.

We use Tovuti LMS to complete eLearning for all new employees who come on board with us. The scope is complete industry knowledge that we build out with our own content within Tovuti's platform.

Some specific scenarios that Tovuti LMS is well suited for are if you don't have any content it's a great tool to build out that content and have it look professional, plus be easy to use for the learner. Tovuti LMS isn't well suited to someone who struggles with technology. There is a learning curve but once you get the hang of it, very easy to use.

I use it to train members of an open-source software community. We need an online learning platform to host, manage and help with the authoring of high-tech training to be available on-demand to aid with project success, and we need details of all trainees for our marketing efforts.

Likelihood to Recommend

For simplicity of deployment of a learning management system, with simple skinning and not vastly customized menus/styles, Tovuti LMS is well suited. In areas of high customization, with very specific and highly tailored behavior, Tovuti would be less well-suited. The styling is harder than it should be, and customization is not supported in that once you make changes to styles, you are told you won't get support help.

I am a corporate trainer and lead a small accounting software company. I needed to find an LMS to provide internal professional development and also to train clients on using our software. After a thorough selection process, I chose Tovuti LMS because I was impressed with its customer service and interactive content authoring tools. While Tovuti LMS is still working out some kinks with its interactive content, I am still overall impressed by what is available, compared to other Tovuti LMS systems in a similar price bracket. Their customer service is exceptional and goes the extra mile to find solutions to my many questions and design dreams. I would recommend Tovuti LMS to others.

Tovuti LMS is a pretty good one-stop shop for everything we need. The layout and backend editor is good as well as being easy to navigate. Tovuti LMS is also good for payment processors like Stripe. I do wish they had a better Google calendar extension though.

We run a mental health college and there are so many good things. Tovuti LMS helps automate processes and deliver quality content to the students. I really appreciate the Zoom API for the virtual classroom.

When shopping for an LMS system, Tovuti LMS stood out above the others. After our purchase, the training on the software was exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone in the equipment manufacturing business needing a training platform that is easy to both use and learn.

This LMS is super intuitive. Teaching this 'older' individual new software can have its challenges. I am sure I have exasperated the support staff more than once. Yet they never show it. They have helped me get up to speed quickly and are available and willing to help with any issues and scenarios I run into.

I had my initial launch of an online training program yesterday and that was only 3 months after I finished their training. That, in and of itself, is amazing to me. Again, I can't say enough about their support staff. It's world-class. Tech departments can sometimes be hard to deal with, but Tovuti LMS's support team stands out from the rest. They do a fantastic job of using each support call as a teaching exercise. They want you to succeed and learn all the time. As to the LMS platform itself, once you get the hang of it you develop your own process on how to build each new training program. I can't think of a company that would not benefit using Tovuti LMS.

We use Tovuti LMS to provide E-Learning services to our customer base. Previously we offered group or 1-on-1 training for customers but wanted to move to a LMS to scale our training services. Tovuti LMS made this goal easy to achieve. The biggest product feature we wanted was Hotspots, allowing our customers to confirm their learning by clicking on an area of the system using a screenshot, helping to solidify their learning.

Tovuti is very configurable, and the options for E-Learning seem to be endless. It is a great tool for training internally and even for customers if needed. We use Tovuti LMS for both new employees and customers so people can receive a certificate.

We use Tovuti LMS to train not only our staff on employee information but also our organization's membership. We use it for training, development, and a variety of other preparation opportunities we offer to our members. Being that we have clubs and members spread across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean, Tovuti LMS has greatly helped us deliver consistent and timely training information.

The amount of support available alone makes this system as great as it is! This is the 4th LMS I've worked with and the 3rd I've personally had a hand in setting up. Tovuti LMS is by far the most user-friendly on both the admin and end-user sides that I've experienced. This system works great for our users many of whom are 65+ in age, so the user-friendly part is essential. I know I've already said it, but the amount of support provided by the Tovuti Team is top-notch. If someone that I'm dealing with doesn't have an immediate answer to my query someone else always gets back to me in a timely manner. I no longer have to spend additional time searching for answers.
