2. MIP automation: The problem statement was that various teams were downloading MIP templates from ERP systems manually, which we have automated via path

3. GWS invoice creation and posting: The problem statement was to export the invoices of different GWS clients from ERP and send those invoices to account leads of the clients.

Well suited scenarios:

1. UiPath Automation Platform perform extremely well in case of UI UX automation, So if you’re use case require UI automations, then your part is an extremely good choice

Less appropriate:

UiPath Automation Platform is not a good choice for the use cases which require to play with the big data because at the end of the day, it runs the bot on VM machines, so everything boils down to the specifications of the machines on which the bot is running

You can really automate any system, website, anything, without particular integration, but I would recommend using APIs and integrations as frequently as possible within UiPath. Mail management f.e. can be easily integrated with Microsoft Graph API.

I came across this tool during one of the most tedious moments in my career. The company is on the verge of major organization re-structuring, and like most start-ups, most of the data are in a spreadsheet, so when I have to lead account deactivation and or account deletion, it has to be done in a manual way, with few hundreds within the list, it is for sure a very time consuming with prone to mistake kind of job, after research and read from many forums, I decided to use this tool to execute the step by step (RPA Mode) and all our intentions were achieved in less than 2 hours, It was neat, quick and do what you ask it to do.

I have been using UiPath to automate SAP software for my projects and it really makes the organization/clients more profitable since SAP consultants are highly paid employees and if UiPath could automate SAP effectively, it could replace those employees as well as it is more faster when compared to humans.

As per my current use, I found the tool is really very helpful for building the Bots to mimic human repetitive tasks. It will be well suited where we can do excel automation, web automation, and sap automation. It is a splendid platform that offers features for automation of advanced business processes, I liked it because it increases productivity, it offers a data table to be able to filter data through SQL and web page scanning and data extraction, I liked the community and the UiPath Academy, a very complete RPA platform that does a good job is great.

UiPath has been using throughout the organization. We started with IT department but now it spread across the department because it is very useful. Mostly we addressed accounting issues and jobs with UiPath because it is expert and easy to develop on SAP. Our robotics COE team who are looking for new opportunities and our business analyst are sharing the details with developers.

If you know the details of the process for each step and it static process not dynamically change the thing, UiPath is best to automate that process. But, if the process needs some human decision and [requires] changing some part after making a decision, it less suitable for RPA.

UiPath has its largest and most active UiPath forum which will help to collaborate better with others aware of UiPath. UiPath support colleagues are really helpful. Overall, UiPath is the best choice for RPA.
