Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Automation Platform
We have used UiPath Automation Platform to automate various business processes. Following are some of the business problems that we have Automated via UiPath Automation Platform,
1. Journal entry, Posting, And approval automation process: The problem statement was that various business teams work, creating, and posting the journals to the ERP manually.
2. MIP automation: The problem statement was that various teams were downloading MIP templates from ERP systems manually, which we have automated via path
3. GWS invoice creation and posting: The problem statement was to export the invoices of different GWS clients from ERP and send those invoices to account leads of the clients.

Pros
- UI automations
- Seamless API integration or UI integration with third-party applications
- Extremely good in scaling up the bots according to the Load
Cons
- One of the major problem which I see is that if one bot is using a VM, another bot cannot use the VM at the same time, even though the existing process is not consuming that much memory or processor. There should be some kind of virtualization for the bots to use the same vm for multiple processes simultaneously.
- UiPath Automation Platform is extremely costly
- UiPath Automation Platform decreases the manual error rate to almost hundred percent on the business processes which we have automated.
- Due to the scalability solution, UiPath Automation Platform increases the turnaround time for the business processes to almost 70%.
- The downside with the UiPath Automation Platform is that the development cost is huge, You should have very well development teams in place to start Automations with UiPath Automation Platform.
The only one reason why I chose you automation on top of other automation tools because of its seamless support with.net, which actually makes it very development friendly from the point of the developer who is coming with the .net background.
