Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The templates available in VeriDoc lets me create highly professional documents easily. These templates are being used across the divisions within the organization and there are many types to choose from for specific document types. And the blockchain process for the contracts is a very useful function. Now we are completing our contract signing procedure very smoothly and efficiently without any hiccups in the process as it is a vital function in our business.

Pros

  • Contract Blockchain process
  • Create a signature using the name
  • Thousands of document templates to choose from.

Cons

  • Customization of user interface.
  • Scheduled reminders not available and need to do it manually so far.
  • Add an expiry date to contracts which will expire the process.
  • Emails are being to spam.

VeriDoc Sign is a tool with great potential. It has a lot of room for improvement as a product. This type of tool is for essential for any organization and therefore the product can do much better in terms of adding customer requirements. Right now, blockchain contract process has been such a relief for us and we have used this for all our contracts. Users are easily adopted as you can even sign your document by typing or drawing on the document. However, we need to add expiry dates for some contracts and there is no such option to do. Also you will need to send reminders manually if the parties have not signed or approved the documents submitted.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My company uses VeriDoc to send and sign documents such as updates to employee contracts, parent volunteer agreements, and more. We transitioned from using Docusign to this platform within the last year. We have some staff that works from home due to various reasons, so having a platform where we can send and sign electronic documents safely and securely is highly important.

Pros

  • VeriDoc allows you to see when your documents are online so that you can retrieve them faster and securely.
  • I love that VeriDoc makes your documents tamper proof so that you can rest assured that your documents are protected.
  • I also love that VeriDoc allows you to verify your documents with a QR Code.

Cons

  • I would to have a VeriDoc mobile app that has the same functionality and level of security.
  • I think maybe the monthly fee can be lowered just a bit

Likelihood to Recommend

We have some employees who are working from home due to being sick so we recently had to sign new employee contracts. Using VeriDoc, we were able to send them the contracts and had them signed and sent back within a few hours. One thing that I love is how easy it is to download and print copies of your signed documents as well.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am currently using VeriDoc Sign for various legal documents like master services agreement, statement of works, non disclosure agreements, etc. We get the signatures from our clients also. We require that there is a trace of who has signed the documents and VeriDoc Sign helps us trace that.

Pros

  • Once documents are signed they cannot be tampered or tweaked
  • The process for signing is very smooth and intuitive
  • If required there is an option to trace the entire history of document

Cons

  • Using some advanced features requires a bit of training
  • Pricing is very high compared to other competitors
  • I did not see a feature to design my signature

Likelihood to Recommend

I have used docusign as well as Adobe signature and I should say VeriDoc Sign has the best integration with cloud storage providers, best and class verification using QR code, gives automated report and dashboard of documents and their owners, and runs on a blockchain so no tinkering is possible in it

Gets The Job Done Right

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for handling electronic contracts. Creating and administering them is much simpler than before. Prior to implementing VeriDoc Sign, we emailed these documents to clients and subcontractors and relied on them to sign, review, and initial the process without much guidance from us.All my files are stored securely in one place, and I can quickly get digital signatures from others with little effort.

Pros

  • Tracks the status of documents and easily lets you know whose court its in
  • Eliminates the need for manual signatures and helps you track contracts
  • Eliminates face-to-face encounters

Cons

  • Customer service could be faster and more efficient
  • Editing can be complicated
  • It's not built for proposals. Even with the templates it's not very adaptable

Likelihood to Recommend

Before VeriDoc Sign, we were emailing all documents directly to our customers and subcontractors and then relying on them to review, sign and initial everything without much direction. Then if it wasn't done in a timely fashion we had to follow up again via email. It was very hard to track who had not signed their documents. With VeriDoc Sign you can look and instantly see if there is anything that is outstanding. The system automatically sends out daily reminders to those who haven't signed yet.

VeriDoc Sign Review

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We tried out VeriDoc Sign as an alternative for Adobe. We sometimes had to have teachers, students and parents sign documents. We needed a way for them to sign securely and for us to verify those signatures. My employer used VeriDoc Sign across the entire organization, and dozens of employees and managers used it during our try-out period.

Pros

  • Professional-looking docs
  • Reasonable price
  • Use of blockchain

Cons

  • Company needs to offer better training and instructions!
  • Can't search docs by name of recipient
  • Can't store docs or signatures as templates for future use

Likelihood to Recommend

This might be an okay solution for a smaller business or organization that doesn't want to spend a lot of money on a document signing solution. For a large org like a school district, where the same documents need to be signed regularly, it doesn't work as well, since you can't use templates. It leads to redundant work.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My company uses this program for all of our document signing needs. It really simplifies the process by allowing the creator to add names and dates to signing. Its a pretty seamless process, just open the document and sign. We love using it here at KM. Well worth the buy!

Pros

  • time management
  • organizing
  • ease of use

Cons

  • editable signs
  • packet documents
  • oversight

Likelihood to Recommend

I would highly recommend this service/program. I have used many other electronic doc signing programs and this one is definitely the best for me. I think its the ease of use and how fast you can get documents completed really makes it worth the price. If you have deadlines on signing documents you also can add that to the packet.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have used VeriDoc Sign as a partner with DocuSign, which is our primary platform for electronic signatures. We use it to verify documents as true and correct, either before or after they are signed via DocuSign. We use this software to help eliminate fraud.

Pros

  • Dependable validation of legal documents
  • Highly versatile and easy to use
  • Reduces risk by eliminating the potential for fraud

Cons

  • Customer service provides limited support with delayed response times
  • Would like to see more features for branding

Likelihood to Recommend

Our organization uses VeriDoc Sign in conjunction with DocuSign as a document verification process. The platform saves valuable time by instantly verifying that the document has not been tampered with, before it is processed for signature. Before using this platform, we would manually compare the documents. This method helps our administration sign documents more confidently and efficiently.

A Blockchain based eSign tool - VeriDoc Sign

Rating: 8 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I've been using VeriDoc Sign for a few months now and can't find anything wrong with it. Its seamless integration with our company's current solution is an absolute life-saver in terms of time spent on administrative tasks. Currently all the onboarding process/ Operations process for approvals and also for internal employee agreements we use it. The interface is clean and very user-friendly. It does what it advertises, so I would recommend VeriDoc Sign to others as well due to its satisfactory results.

Pros

  • Securely send and access the documents.
  • Upon digital signature of the employee it serves as proof of consent
  • Serves as verification of Identity for the received documents

Cons

  • A good to have feature could be Spell Checker, so that it helps in proofreading before sending across to others
  • Dynamically save the documents could be improvised
  • The preview of the documents takes sometime to load up.

Likelihood to Recommend

VeriDoc Sign is well suited for any situation where a signer needs to prove identity and sign a document online without the need of a dependent document or any other witness. Online approval/verification processes are some of the use cases which are suited. VeriDoc Sign is less appropriate for situations where there is a need for a signer to provide physical identity proof to any Gov agencies (Legacy systems) and sign a document in person in the presence of a notary, such as to complete an application for a bank loan, Grant Fund request.
