Overall Satisfaction with VeriDoc Sign
I am currently using VeriDoc Sign for various legal documents like master services agreement, statement of works, non disclosure agreements, etc. We get the signatures from our clients also. We require that there is a trace of who has signed the documents and VeriDoc Sign helps us trace that.
- Once documents are signed they cannot be tampered or tweaked
- The process for signing is very smooth and intuitive
- If required there is an option to trace the entire history of document
- Using some advanced features requires a bit of training
- Pricing is very high compared to other competitors
- I did not see a feature to design my signature
- The entire history of the document is visible
- Easy to manage multiple users
- For simple signatures no training is required and the software is extremely easy to use
- Saved a lot of paperwork and the Hassle to store the papers
- We have completely moved away from paper based contracts and legal documents and our clients appreciate that
VeriDoc Sign help us manage multiple users and reviewers to any single contract document. We do not have to worry about authenticity and traceability of the document. These features are not available in DocuSign or Adobe Acrobat. Unlike other softwares VeriDoc Sign is on blockchain and any activity will leave a trace.
