We use it for handling electronic contracts. Creating and administering them is much simpler than before. Before VeriDoc Sign, we were emailing all documents directly to our customers and subcontractors and then relying on them to review, sign and initial everything without much direction. Then if it wasn't done in a timely fashion we had to follow up again via email. It was very hard to track who had not signed their documents. With VeriDoc Sign you can look and instantly see if there is anything that is outstanding. The system automatically sends out daily reminders to those who haven't signed yet.
