I highly recommend every social media manager to switch over to Vista Social. The listening feature is amazing! Not only does it keep track on specific keywords I assign, but also sifts through other accounts I specify to stay on track of what competitors are doing or if there are specific industry trends I should know. I also just love how easy it was to connect all my social media profiles and then get started on learning the features right away. Sometimes the most basic setup can cause such a pain, so this was invaluable to me, especially considering how many profiles I have to manage. The customer support was also quick when I just had some quick edits to my profile that I wanted to ask about in terms of what access I had.
