Overall Satisfaction with Vista Social

I first came to Vista Social to see if the platform was as good as others were praising, and to see if it could better my workflow, and mainstream my business structure. Currently I'm using 2 platforms, sometimes 3, to manage social for my clients. Vista Social really is an all in one platform. Not only is it decreasing how many platforms I'm using.. I'm also not paying for to use 3!

Pros

  • Automatic DMs. In depth auto DM features, more than just keyword responses.
  • The listening feature! Has a broad range, not just social media.
  • Love the evergreen posting feature! Make content planning and scheduling that much easier.

Cons

  • Instagram connection errors. I had to switch from a professional account to personal, back to professional.
  • Professional profiles from Facebook, not just pages.
  • There are so many features, a more user friendly home page.
  • Great all-in-one social media management platform.
  • Amazing at increasing daily workflow.
  • Many features were customizable.
Overall the all-in-one social media management was user friendly. There are a lot of features, so taking your time to explore and get familiar with the tools offered. Many times I would be going back in to to edit or reconfigure a feature because I found a better way to use it, or adjust it better to my needs.
Vista Social held up great against the other social media platforms. Vista Social has a better price for all the features you get.

I would absolutely recommend Vista Social to all my social media marketing friends. Especially if they have a high case load, this platform would easily reduce time and effort when handling a large case load. For smaller business or start ups this amazing comprehensive platform may be less appropriate unless they have a line.
