Decent enough tool but lacks deep features

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used to identify visitors with intent on our website. Overall, it was decent enough, but nothing special. The onboarding experience was okay. We did get some data off of it, but not more than we get from the likes if R2B. One more important thing is that I found their help chat widget on the bottom right to be questionable.

Pros

  • Alert us on users and companies engaging with our public assets

Cons

  • We are on the free tier and getting slack notifications. It asks us to login to the actual platform once a month otherwise it locks us out. This is annoying

Return on Investment

  • It's nice for the tracking of visitors but i don't think we leverage it to the full potential, the tool seems to have much more than that

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Primarily for capturing website visitors during their visit and being able to identify who they are, if they have engaged in any marketing activities etc. This is helpful for our ABM initiatives as we are targeting our ICP with personalized messaging. We also use Warmly, for live chat, although that's a pretty standard tool.
