Decent enough tool but lacks deep features

We used to identify visitors with intent on our website. Overall, it was decent enough, but nothing special. The onboarding experience was okay. We did get some data off of it, but not more than we get from the likes if R2B. One more important thing is that I found their help chat widget on the bottom right to be questionable.

Likelihood to Recommend
It is a good starting point and easy enough to use. I imagine it being a better fit for heavy websites where you get a lot of visitors who do not necessarily have a lot of privacy filters that are protecting their data.
