Overall Satisfaction with Warmly,
Primarily for capturing website visitors during their visit and being able to identify who they are, if they have engaged in any marketing activities etc. This is helpful for our ABM initiatives as we are targeting our ICP with personalized messaging. We also use Warmly, for live chat, although that's a pretty standard tool.
