Data is Power, WebCEO gives you super powers

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

WebCEO is one of the easiest yet comprehensive SEO tools that help me to easily track my website progress, notify me about any changes on my website, and allow me quickly act if I am losing ranking. The amount of information the tool offers about almost every SEO aspect is massive whether it is for link building, keyword research, or competitor analysis the tool provides crucial information for my marketing campaigns. It really makes me feel like the CEO of my website and puts me in charge.

Pros

  • SEO Analytics
  • SEO Competitor Research
  • Keyword Suggestions
  • Traffic and Raining improvement
  • Reporting

Cons

  • Complicated reporting setting
  • no. of keywords in database
  • budget for reporting

Likelihood to Recommend

Keyword suggestion tool from your competitors is an excellent tool you want to use, you get very quick important keywords that you should target without long analyzing and searching for keywords. This is excellent for newbies. The same applies to their site health feature. Excellent for e-commerce or lead generation websites as their landing page SEO provides excellent insights to take action and improve your ranking and drive more sales/leads. Also, their integration with GMB helps a lot of local businesses to get important information and improve foot traffic as well. Really like this feature and rarely can see it anywhere else. The reporting tool is quite complicated at

first to learn how to use it. However, it gives advanced options that other

tools cannot match, so it makes sense. And some might dislike the overwhelming

amount of information, however for more experienced SEOs and marketers this can

be a joy to play with.

Outstanding SEO Resource That Only Stupid People Pass By.

As the co-owner of <a title="Link: https://gracefultouch.org/" rel="nofollownoopener" target="_blank" href="https://gracefultouch.org/">Graceful Touch massage therapy</a>, I am always looking for ways to make it easier to do things. One of the biggest time wasters when it comes to marketing is everything that needs to be done online. Unfortunately, without anything to keep me organized the result is much more time wasted. This is the very reason I was not going to take an SEO initiative for my Graceful Touch website. One thing led to another and I found myself digging into SEO but with so many different directions to move in at once nothing allowed me to be streamlined in my approach. Then I found WebCEO. They changed everything for me. Not only am I now heavily involved with SEO but I am also targeting social power thanks to their resource and how easy it is to use. For the record, I am #6 in my area for <a title="Link: https://gracefultouch.org/blog/massage-therapist/couples-massage-near-me-in-rapid-city-sd/" rel="nofollownoopener" target="_blank" href="https://gracefultouch.org/blog/massage-therapist/couples-massage-near-me-in-rapid-city-sd/">Couples Massage Near Me.</a> Before using WebCEO I wasn't even on the 3rd page. With how easy they make everything I believe it will only be a short time before I am ranked #1 for that search term and a boatload of others. Thanks, WebCEO.

Pros

  • Streamline SEO Functionality.
  • Empower Social Media Operations.
  • Guide On-Page and On-Site Optimization.

Cons

  • If I had to pick something it would be communications but they rock here too.
  • What I have mentioned to them they have implemented in releases just 2 weeks later.

Likelihood to Recommend

If you are just wanting to have a web page without any idea of wanting to gain exposure for it via Google or social media channels then WebCEO is probably not for you. However, if you are like me and my <a rel="nofollownoopener" target="_blank" href="https://gracefultouch.org/blog/">Graceful Touch blog </a>project where building a stronger and stronger backbone of digital success is important to you then WebCEO is without question your number one place to go.

Extremely Useful Tool!

Rating: 9 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

WEB CEO is being used currently in our company to help manage our SEO department. Currently, we have about 20 projects running with a variety of budgets and project sizes. It has helped in many ways ranging from on page optimisations through to link profiles and keeping all of this in one platform. Previously we would have to use various tools across a selection of sites, but now all in one site! This saves a lot of time going between them all.

Pros

  • The support team at WEB CEO are probably one of the best we have come across! They are always on the ball and answer all and any questions we have within a quick timeframe!
  • The on-page optimisations and page scores go quite in depth allowing you to understand what is holding a page back. You can also customise what you want the on-page optimisations to be. There are settings to turn off a ranking factor, extremely handy for certain projects!
  • The internal link structure analysis is extremely useful to help see your most authoritative pages. This enables you to help direct your links to your most important pages and see what pages are linked together.

Cons

  • Its hard to say any negatives on WEB CEO, probably that there are so many tools to use haha! However as previously mentioned the support team are only a click away to help explain anything.
  • The dashboard can be overwhelming with a lot of metrics displayed. This can be customised though to display what you want. The same goes for the menu items, a lot of useful tools! But just have to learn the layout and where everything is located.

Likelihood to Recommend

Extremely useful tool if you have quite a few accounts to look after. However, if you only manage a small number of accounts this tool is still useful but won't be put to its full potential! This tool also uses MOZ and Majestic which are both great tools, however, using WEB CEO you only pay 1 price and get these 2 great tools metrics! Plus you also get the on-page optimisations and tracking bits from WEB CEO.

Can't really say many bad things about WEB CEO as we have only had good experience with the support team and software. One last thing to note is the pricing is extremely good.

The Web CEO might need to step down and give the Head of a Design a crack.

If looking for a different option to the big 2 AA and GA, it is nice to be able to have another plugin that gives us some perspective. There have been multiple times that the Analytics from GA has been a bit off, so it is good to have some backup to either corroborate or in the case that the variance is too large, make us look at measurement again so that we can make a better decision.

Pros

  • Very easy to understand visuals
  • It is extremely easy to drill down into more specific metrics. Something GA makes difficult.
  • Building reports is a 3 step process and the report builder is very intuitive

Cons

  • There needs to be a proper white paper guide. it is all well and good assuming that users will understand SEO Nuance, but sometimes they don't, and it would be nice to see a proper cutout and keep guide,
  • This is a lovely bit of kit, it just needs refining. A nicer GUI, and as mentioned above, a nice cutout and keep guide.

Likelihood to Recommend

This is very much a mid-level user bit of kit. it is not as easy to produce a report compared to something like DeepCrawl, so it has a bit more technical user spec to it, I would say that it comes between MOZ and SEO Monitor for Ease of use, All in all, a great tool. It comes right n the middle of the market though, both in functionality, and likeability.

Unleash Your Geek with WebCEO

<div>We use every piece of WebCEO to manage all aspects of our clients' and our own Ecomm sites. It easily connects to Google's Search Console to retrieve search term queries, traffic patterns and 100s of other critical data for optimizing the website with the most effective and competitive content.</div><div>For many years we had used a combination of tools and skills to coordinate optimization efforts and it was a time-consuming process of managing data. WebCEO helps to organize and associate related data so that when updates are made in one area it helps to update data in other areas of the reports that assist us in making changes where needed.</div><div>

As a veteran of the industry of more than 20 years, I use WebCEO to do things that my competitors are challenged to accomplish. This gives us the strategic edge to outperform our competition and get better results.</div><div>

</div><div>

</div>

Pros

  • The on-page optimization tools help a lot in researching competitor keywords, competitor traffic, and backlinks and Google search queries. We are able to compile this data to enhance online content and optimize our promotional channels.
  • Keeping track of a wide array of functions with tools that show us what has been done and with percentages of completion. This helps us to share tasks like projects with team members so they can easily see which parts o their work still need attention
  • Providing our clients, and our sales crew, with detailed as well as Summary data for explaining to clients what areas of their sites need attention and how their campaigns are succeeding (or lacking) in different geographical areas.

Cons

  • It may sound biased but WebCEO is really a step ahead of the competition and any person who enters into the responsibility of managing the SEO of a client or themselves need to realize that a tool is only as good as the person who is using it. WebCEO makes the job of a qualified consultant easier but it does not replace the need to have a qualified professional handling the work of SEO or other marketing work.

Likelihood to Recommend

Web CEO is a tool that is best used in the hands of qualified professionals in a company.

I do not recommend giving it to a beginner and having an expectation that a website will suddenly acquire internet traffic. Web CEO and other SEO tools require a foundation of knowledge in order to be the most effective.

WebCEO- A standout tool for SEO

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our SEO team manages SEO for close to 200 of our managed SEO clients using WebCEO for strategy, tracking SEO workflow and reporting to clients for the status of keyword placement, technical SEO issues, and historical SEO performance.

Pros

  • Allows SEO manager to track an SEO specialist's KPIs (percentage of on-page optimization, average ranking of keywords in a portfolio, last login, etc..) for their clients in one dashboard from one screen.
  • Allows our SEO specialists to perform efficient SEO audits and provides comprehensive reporting on results.
  • Allows clients to login 24/7 to view progress and current ranking.

Cons

  • We are very happy with WebCEO and they are always responsive and have implemented many of our team's recommendations. Most recently we have suggested they work on a system that would allow for factoring whether a ranking was a local stack, organic, answer box, and provide an at a glance rating. Something like 1-1-1, where each dash would signify a first page ranking, so first dash would be answer box, next local stack, next organic, etc...

Likelihood to Recommend

WebCEO is an excellent solution for anyone consistently doing SEO but what sets it apart for us is its ability to manage a team of SEOs and track the SEO specialist's performance and the clients they manage with very little digging.

Does the basics well for a reasonable price.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Web CEO is our agency's primary software for tracking rankings for clients. It manages multiple domains pretty well and many keywords and keyword groups. In contrast to other similar reporting tools, it doesn't have a keyword limit which is nice. It also has some good capability to track competitor rankings, which is an important report for clients. The price is also reasonable.

Pros

  • It runs quick competitor ranking reports, which our clients love and are useful to our team for strategy and optimization.
  • It manages multiple domains very well, meaning it's easy to swap back and forth among clients, which is vital for agencies.
  • It allows for flexibility in Keyword Profiles and tagging keywords to label groups or prioritized keywords.
  • It's pretty intuitive. A lot of other ranking softwares and SEO softwares can be difficult to understand or figure out reporting. Web CEO is pretty straightforward.

Cons

  • Exporting reports from Web CEO to CSV or Excel could use some work in terms of formatting. The reports usually need a lot of tweaking to look right and reuse in other client reporting.
  • We find that Bing rankings are sometimes inaccurate or pick up errors while running.
  • The ability to export historical data and put it on someone's else's Web CEO account would be huge. Sometimes clients transition to other people with a Web CEO account and the data isn't easily transferrable.

Likelihood to Recommend

Web CEO is well suited for agencies and/or small businesses with relatively low amounts of key phrases to track and report on. Additionally, it's a pretty good option for a business not ready to invest in an enterprise SEO software for keyword tracking. Web CEO gets the job done for a fraction of a cost and offers competitive reporting.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Web CEO is being used by the SEO department. It helps with rank tracking and find insights to fix our site.

Pros

  • Tracking rankings
  • Comparisons with other SERP
  • Insights to improve our site

Cons

  • Dashboards and reports
  • Alerts and notifications
  • Comparisons with competitors

Likelihood to Recommend

Language could be a problem but the interface is very good. The set up is a little complicated and probably it would be great have a complete wizard with any necessary steps and with the ability to save the wizard and continue later. It is necessary that you already have the keyword research to accelerate the first [steps].

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I used Web CEO to perform a website SEO audit, keyword research, and backlink analysis while managing the website redesign project for Lumina Decision Systems. The platform was an effective tool to manage SEO and track my digital marketing performance on a limited budget. It also provided a well rounded analysis of key performance indicators that I needed to make executive decisions on allocating marketing ad spend as well as budgeting on other digital marketing initiatives.

Pros

  • The simple user interface makes it an easy piece of software to use.
  • Web CEO is an excellent cost relative to its features and capabilities.
  • Auto-scheduling and sending reports is a great way to collaborate and communicate KPIs and results with a team.

Cons

  • Integrating real-time data and traffic.
  • It would be interesting to see what Web CEO would look like if it integrated with Tableau.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think Web CEO is better suited for customers with a limited budget. Cost to feature wise, there are better tools out there if you have the money to spend on them.

WebCEO delivers great reports that can make a difference in your success

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My company provides web marketing and SEO services for many clients in lots of different industries. We use WebCEO primarily for two of the reports it produces. We use the desktop version to produce monthly keyword ranking reports and competitive ranking reports for all of our clients. We also use the online version's Keyword Basket Report for presentation of keyword opportunities during the sales process. Occasionally we also use some of WebCEO's other functions.

Pros

  • The desktop keyword ranking report provides an excellent format for tracking and reporting on month to month changes in keyword rankings.
  • The desktop competitive keyword ranking report provides outstanding comparison information in any easy to read report.
  • The online keyword basket report offers an interesting graphic that allows you to see 12 months of search volume in a concise diagram.
  • SEO University provides an outstanding foundation for learning and understanding web marketing from the ground up.

Cons

  • I still prefer the desktop version's ranking reports over the online version's reports.
  • The cost structure of the online is prohibitive.

Likelihood to Recommend

Cost is a big concern when you are working with multiple clients. The online version can be prohibitive while the desktop version allows a fixed cost option.
