WEX Field Service Management (formerly Payzerware) is a technical operations platform designed for HVAC and Plumbing contractors. The solution replaces manual record-keeping with a Drag-and-Drop Scheduler that facilitates real-time communication between office personnel and field technicians. The platform provides technicians with mobile access to Job History and Equipment Notes to support on-site service delivery and sales.
