What is Yulio?

Yulio is a VR toolkit that helps users make presentations with and in VR, via a browser or mobile-device. Yulio uses CAD, 360 Photos and Cloud Rendering to build VR Projects, with a presentation mode to make remote or in-person meetings immersive experiences. Use plugins or upload files from most supported CAD software. If the user can export a 360-panorma from preferred tool, Yulio can be used to present the CAD model in an interactive presentation. Upload a 360-pano and Yulio will transfer it to immersive VR which can be viewed on a headset or over any browser.

Some use cases include:

Virtual Showroom
For products that are too large to fully model, VR provides infinite space and infinite configurations. Show every product configured any way - with all the space in the (virtual) world.

Presentation
In-person or remote, conduct more immersive meetings in a headset or over a browser. Bring the design to life with no ambiguity between the designer’s vision and the client’s perception.

Business Development
Elevate pitches and showcase technology so clients know they can expect leading work. Share projects on social media or embed them on a website to create engaging marketing assets.

Yulio is a powerful tool that solves multiple business problems faced by architects, designers, and businesses in showcasing their work to clients. It facilitates visual communication with non-visual customers, creating virtual design reviews and markup sessions, internal and external team communication, and virtual town hall-style events to obtain feedback from clients. Yulio enables clients to better understand their space by visually seeing and understanding any errors or areas that might need to be redone, facilitating a more meaningful conversation between designers and clients.

The 360-degree rendering feature of Yulio is amazing and helps clients see the designed space in its entirety with finishes, furniture, and space division as a seamless experience. It allows customers to view the 360-degree rendering experience created with a simple web link without having to log in. Additionally, it cuts down on rendering time for computers while providing analytics for each project created. Yulio is also valuable for designers who need to provide 360-degree panos in a mobile format for clients to see and experience the project they're paying for. By using Yulio, designers can quickly prototype projects and renderings for clients to review during the SD phases, select furniture efficiently, wrap up a project quickly, and create impressive VR rooms to show customers that help set businesses apart from competitors.

User-Friendly Interface: Yulio is highly regarded by users for its simplicity and intuitive interface, which has been mentioned in several reviews. Users appreciate that they can easily create new projects and end-users can view them without any difficulty.

Cloud-Based Rendering Engine: The cloud-based rendering engine is highly appreciated by users as it frees up computer resources, allowing them to continue working while rendering happens in the background. Multiple reviewers have praised this feature for its convenience.

Easy Sharing of Projects with Clients: Reviewers appreciate Yulio's ability to easily share projects with clients online. Several users have stated that this allowed them to share their vision of the design with anyone, making it a valuable tool for collaboration and showcasing designs to potential customers.

Limited VR experience: Users have expressed that the VR experience provided by Yulio is limited, as it only allows jumping from hotspot to hotspot. Some reviewers feel that this feature is not enough for clients who want a more immersive experience.

Platform not intuitive: Several users have mentioned that the Yulio platform is not intuitive, and instruction is lacking. According to them, there are no quick tutorials or tips for better renders, making it difficult for new users to get started.

Lag and compression issues: A number of reviewers have reported lag and compression issues when using Yulio with larger, more complex renderings or animations. They also note that some cheap cardboard or plastic phone-based headsets may cause unpleasant experiences while using Yulio.
