Not necessarily the best but perfect for our business needs
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
In our organization, we use Zoho Projects to manage all work-related tasks. Tasks are assigned to specific team members and those members are kept accountable to finish a task based on the deadline set. During a weekly meeting, we go through missed and incomplete tasks. We also discuss and create new tasks.
Pros
- The calendar view is great for getting an overall glance at which tasks are due and when. We use this all the time
- Reminders are sent via email when tasks are due on the day they are due
- All tasks in one place
- The task creation interface is comprehensive, allowing attachment, lists, and much more
Cons
- improved mobile app interface
- reporting features could be more robust and useful as we don't even currently use this feature
- 3rd party intergrations are few and not easy to setup
Likelihood to Recommend
The fact that Zoho Projects is included with a Zoho One subscription, it was a no-brainer for our organization to move across to Zoho Projects from the previous software we used. It is way more economical for us.
