ZoHo Vault is a very useful and needed product, as in the office we are dealing with and using multiple Chrome profiles, multiple email addresses, and many more things, and credentials we cannot memorize, so we save IDs and passwords in Zoho Vault. Also, we can share IDs and passwords with other team members, so they can also use the same ones.

Earlier we used to share the password via Google chat and we were keeping the password's credentials in Google sheets which is contain the lot of risk. Hence our organization decided to opt for Passpack Password Management which is password management tool like Zoho Vault but the passpack was not user friendly tool at all, Hence after 6 month we opted for Zoho Vault and now we are using the Zoho Vault for more than 1.5 years all are very using it and I personally find it very user friendly.

Now our all passwords are being kept at Zoho Vault and are being shared with the other user from the Zoho Vault itself so with the help of Zoho Vault we have eliminated Google sheet & Google chat for password sharing internally.

Pros

  • Simple User interface makes it easy for the users and No training required.
  • Password sharing capabilities helps a lot
  • I can generate the new password directly from Zoho Vault which removes my headache of creating a strong password by using capital & small and special characters

Cons

  • We are also using the Zoho books for accounting perspective so if want to use the Zoho Vault and I need to log out from the Zoho books to access the Zoho Vault in the same chrome profile.
  • When someone share password with me, it is hard from me to add the password in specific folder.
  • Password generation from Mobile app needs some fix as sometimes it not work properly.

  • From our company perspective, with the help of Zoho Vault we have eliminated password are being kept on Google sheet.
  • It saves lot time on creation of the strong password.
