Overall Satisfaction with 10to8 Appointment Scheduling Software

I am a plumber using 10to8 for appointment reminders, and so far it's been working great.

Pros

  • Professional.
  • Easy to use.

Cons

  • Free logo display.
  • Up to 3-4 staff on the free version.
  • Everything works great.
  • The return has been positive and has helped me be more organized with clients.
It is very easy to use.
The support has been reliable and efficient.
I haven't used any other similar software.
10to8 helps me manage my jobs better. I have no complaints about it at the moment and love that it's free, which is really beneficial for small businesses.
