Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS
This program is for our 80 laundromats and corporate office training. All employees use it for training in their departments, for signing off on policies for compliance, and for HR mandatory trainings. We use create mostly and all training is internal.
- Ability to keep track of everyone's training's easily.
- Can organize everyone down to each store they work on.
- Once you get to know the buttons, it is so easy to use and understand
- Hire great people that can explain the process and help come up with solutions that might not be seen yet
- I feel like Absorb has a workaround for everything.
- Created create! It is so easy to use.
- Have issues with my users on signing off, don't easily see where they are supposed to put PIN number after completing the quiz. More often than not, they don't see where to go to sign out.
- Need more font choices (colors, design) in the News section. I wish I could add pizzaz right in the news content box besides just font and a photo. More creative control.
- We don't have hard numbers yet, we have been using it for just 3 months.
