Overall Satisfaction with AccuLynx

I use AccuLynx for my roofing company. I deal with estimates and invoices and AccuLynx helps me keep everything organized.

Pros

  • Record keeping
  • Estimate Templates
  • Training

Cons

  • add a bcc for all cards so I can send a normal email and it would get sent to the communications tap of my AccuLynx files.
  • I am have had a hard time justifying AccuLynx since I am a small business. I hate all the add ons. I do not appreciate that all the good tools cost extra money on top of my monthly payment.
there is a lot to learn, but once you figure it all out its user friendly.
AccuLynx is a bit better but much more costly. and lots of expensive add ons.
