Use Cases and Deployment Scope

AccuLynx is the CRM of choice at our roofing company. We use it full circle from housing all information for customers to putting together and sending the estimates to customers to project management and invoicing.
It is an excellent tool for communication as well as documentation. After using it for 11 yrs at the company I previously worked with I decided to use it at my roofing company and have not looked back.

Cons

I am not as fond of the new setup for the communications area. Might just take some getting used to.
Would like to see the mobile app have more versatility and ability. I do a lot on my phone as well so this would be helpful.

Return on Investment

Very positive as we can put in what we anticipate needing and cost and see what margins the job is landing at based on what was purchased and needed.

Usability

Very versatile and allows for other people to complete things and someone else to still look at and approve if needed. Great communication ability internally and with customers and with that being the case is a tremendous asset with documentation also. Really a well rounded tool that allows you to do everything needed for a job in one place and have the records to show what was done by whom and when.
