- Support needs to be quicker with more urgency
- Better reporting for Alerts. Filtering out all the garbage alerts and focusing on the critical alerts.
- I would say being able to quickly get a client up and running with DR being enabled and running is a huge ROI from the customer perspective. Real Story.
