It's also used as main endpoint software and to have visibility about user activities, bandwidth usage and PUA [detection]. Comparing [Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR] with other endpoint solutions, we have seen that is the best considering security, cost and ease of use.

The product is good, but the console is not that easy to pick up. It takes time. [Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR] with ART is the best especially for EDR requirements, to [analyze] what a PUA or malware tried to do while it started to be active before it got stopped.

Usability

Basically my experience is good as I'm able to detect and glance in few minutes if there is something bad in my customers. It's perfect to deliver a Managed Security Service and so far I'm happy. The correlation between event and Mitre will be the great next step forward.

Central Management

Let's say that the portal has been well designed as we are able to detect any event that has to [be] analyzed. It's easy to use and read. It's clear that Panda is 10 times ahead [of] other vendors such [as] Kaspersky, which is still a good product but very difficult to manage.

[Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR is] perfect for all full on [premise] companies, and companies with multiple branch offices. I really appreciate the fact that [Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR] is lightweight software [and] that the client can operate in 'lock' mode. 'Lock' mode basically means [that] everything [that] is NOT known as goodware, will be automatically blocked. It's perfect for the zero trust concept.
