Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
Adobe Acrobat is an integral part of our organizational flow. We use it for signing documents, and the creation of files for students. As a design educator, I require most assignments be submitted as PDF files because they are so easy to transfer, evaluate, and track. I can't imagine my life without access to Adobe Acrobat on a daily basis.
Pros
- Combine, edit, and organize multi-page documents.
- View design files as intended without installing additional fonts.
- Track and sign documents throughout our organization.
Cons
- Exporting to a larger variety of file types, including the ability to create outlines from text for missing font files.
- Create responsive documents from static pages
- Wrap more file formats natively similar to the way Adobe Illustrator files work - this allows for increased functionality and distribution, while retaining the ability to edit documents in their originating software.
- Makes the time to route and sign approval documents insignificant -- can be as fast as minutes instead of hours, days, or weeks.
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
