Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

Document sharing and legal review / execution of internal and client-facing forms.

Pros

  • easy to share internally and externally
  • ubiquitous - everyone can access Adobe
  • simple to use

Cons

  • navigating the document options could be easier
  • Being able to see where similar use cases can be applied across the organization has been helpful but it was only through different use cases. Nothing from Adobe or Acrobat that led me to those overlapping options
  • Scalability
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use

External sharing of secure documents is where Acrobat is particularly valuable to me. Editing and version control is a little less fluid and easy.
