Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

In our organization, we use Adobe Acrobat for Viewing PDFs mainly.

Pros

  • Extracting unneeded pages
  • Signatures
  • Adding passwords and protection

Cons

  • Could be hard to navigate as a first time user
  • More signature capabilities
  • App capabilities
  • For our organization, Security is great with Adobe Acrobat
  • Ease of Use
I use it mainly for PDF markups and signatures. Would be nice to filter out what tools I need.
I haven't explored the Adobe Acrobat security too much within my organization, but it is helpful when I need to send out personal information.
