Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

We deal a lot with confidential documents so it can be important to have people sign documents, redact documents, watermark documents, or combine multiple documents from multiple sources. I use the software daily and often have to use features that I did not know that it could do and then teach others how to use the program as well.
  • Combine documents
  • Prepare documents for esignatures
  • Creating word docs out of PDFs
  • better UI
  • More intuitive
  • preparation for esignatures
  • combining multiple documents
  • converting PDFs into word docs
  • saves time
  • reduces errors
It does appear that Adobe Acrobat DC has the same abilities/appearance across multiple devices however, I find the app cumbersome to use on more mobile-friendly devices such as tablets, Ipads, and smartphones.
Because we deal a lot with legal documentation, confidentiality and security is crucial. Adobe's security is very important to us and is a big reason why we continue to use Adobe Acrobat DC
Adobe is better to use and easier to help others use compared to the other programs I am familiar with that can do similar things. In my opinion, we use Adobe because even though it still lacks in UI and intuitiveness, it is still better than most other programs.

Do you think Adobe Acrobat delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Acrobat live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat again?

Yes

Adobe Acrobat DC is a great program for document preparation and sending to others who need to make changes or add additional documents to the file. When I need to edit a document, sometimes it has a difficult time recognizing text or allowing uniformity of text within the edits so it can be obvious where edits were made.
