Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

We use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC whenever we need to edit PDFs provided by our clients. It's a simple solution to rather than printing, marking up, and scanning the document. The most important feature we've found is that ability to cover and replace text while maintaining the "fillable" functionality of the PDF.
  • Fill & Sign is a lifesaver in getting signatures rather than waiting for an executive to get around to it.
  • Organize Pages helps us to eliminate unnecessary pages from a PDF.
  • The small macros that you can include that negate out section depending on a previous input is really convenient.
  • We share an account in our office, so it's inconvenient when we switch who's using it, needing to log in each time.
  • A more in depth tutorial of how to use all the features.
  • The edit function is absolutely vital to our organization.
  • Organize Pages helps us get the correct pages together for client use.
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is great for helping us be more efficient with our time.
  • We've saved thousands of dollars by resolving issues and avoiding potential losses during an extended resolution period.
We sometimes use Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat hand in hand so we can prepare the PDFs that are not as easily edited. They make a great team!

It's perfect for those that need to edit and manipulate PDFs on a more frequent basis. For the occasional need for editing, I would recommend just finding an online solution. It's not as robust, but it can eventually get the job done.
