Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate Prime

It is being used by all staff for training courses.
It is overall good but feels always outdated when it comes to presentation. It should be easier as now I feel it is complex for no reason, I need to dig deep in order to do something simple.
  • Can upload any number of files
  • Create program is easy
  • Search is easy
  • Reporting is good
  • Presentation of the content
  • Not all reports to extracted into Excel
  • Need to be more easy to deal with
  • During the corona virus pandemic, it is the best place to train staff.
  • Content is good but needs more variation especially for specific content for special jobs like building information modeling
  • Can track progress
Customer service is very poor. When I ask someone for assistance, he/she transfers me to another person, then another, then the inquiry is lost between those people. I'm very disappointed.
Adobe is good due to offering many services in one place. The service I'm enjoying the most is Adobe Sign as it is the best.
Adobe Captivate Prime is good to record training courses, but when I need help, customer service is totally useless as they move me from one person to another until no-one replies. This is not good at all.
