We deployed in less than 80 days. It was very intuitive and we didn't need any large IT integrations. We onboarded the first region quickly and documented the process, from an internal perspective. Afterwards, we quickly brought on the rest of the world...sharing best practices along the way and capturing the nuances for each region.
The licensing model, even before corporate volume discounts, was very straightforward. There is information in the Administrator's panel and links to more information at every turn. The Adobe resources are so well documented that the learning is continuous for the Administration role. We have used a knowledgeable integrator, who has worked on other Adobe Captivate Prime projects. We have found great success this way.
Our Customer Service Success Manager is a true partner in our success. We are sent invitations to a quarterly business review, where the Adobe Customer Service Success Manager helps us understand the trends of our system, our users' behavior, and features and upgrades on the product road map. We thought that we received the best value for the features we needed in the one tool...Adobe Captivate Prime. Our sales learners needed to learn on the go, so the mobile application was a MUST. We found that the Adobe Captivate Prime application was easy for our learning leaders, giving them relief in the content creation process. This was a great differentiation as well.
