Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate Prime
The intent was to use it for student courses. During this pandemic. having a viable platform that contains the ability to track progress and completion, ACP filled the bill. Campus administration were highly impressed with the sample content presented to them and the data collection available.
- Track the learner's progress and time invested.
- Ability to have multiple learning styles and resources in a course.
- Customizable groupings and reports.
- ACP is aimed at the adult/business world.
- When reaching out to support, ACP does not have the ability that other platforms do, to set up user accounts ahead of time.
- Fails to meet the needs of the public school age brackets because of #2, users have to create and maintain their own accounts.
- Unfortunately, after 6 months of learning and building in it; had to drop it for another platform due to account set-up issues.
- Spent a great deal of time and enthusiasm only to have to select another platfom.
Unfortunately, support would not get the high rating that I gave the platform. Despite, providing detailed bug reports and viable proof, a standard response of it being submitted to the team was the only response. No follow-up was received. When calling, no one answered the provided phone numbers.
The learning experience of ACP knocks the socks off of all platforms I tried. However, the account management set-up fails completely.
