Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate Prime
To create online courses for teachers. We create a course and then put it into Adobe. I have tried creating the course in Adobe Captivate. I have no idea how to use the product and it has taken me a long time to figure things out.
- Great graphics.
- Can upload a Powerpoint.
- Can add trainings for employees.
- Customer service.
- Better tutorial videos.
- Ease of use.
- Very expensive.
- Hard to navigate.
- We have zero courses created and it has been 6 months.
No...we have been trying to learn how to use this for 6 months. It is not an easy product to figure out and the tutorial videos are not helpful. Customer service representative was foreign and hard to understand.
We bought through a third-party vendor I believe. To receive additional training would cost additional money. I believe $2500. The product is expensive for an educational institution.

Google Classroom is soooooo much easier to navigate.
