Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate Prime

Adobe Captivate Prime is utilized daily by myself and those who work alongside and under me. We translate and localize e-learning modules within Captivate, including interactive texts, videos, subtitling, and VR experiences. Captivate is the preferred platform of many of our e-learning clients, and thus has become a tool that we have familiarized ourselves with and mastered through everyday use.

Pros

Cons

  • Allowing punctuation in right-to-left languages.
  • Captivate has allowed us seamlessly provide translation and localization services to our e-learning clients.
Adobe have always been quick to respond to our questions and concerns about their products.
Captivate is a little slower than InDesign and Illustrator, but it offers many more features and is fit for educational materials.
Adobe Captivate Prime is extremely useful for producing e-learning materials and online curriculums. Learners benefit from the multimodal elements of Captivate and have a much more enjoyable experience navigating through the modules when they can interact with the content and even experience virtual reality videos within the modules. This allows for a much more immersive experience.
