Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate Prime
It is used by our Education team for training both internally and externally. It helps us share information and get folks onboarded, though it can be tedious in some ways. We design modules in partnership with external trainers and share them both as a self-guided and real-time training opportunity.
- Easy for end user to use
- Many options for interactive training
- Good back end integration
- Not very cost effective
- Audio is unreliable
- Onboarding has been much easier
- Lots of time spent learning to use
I've not had any interactions with their customer service.
This was significantly easier to use and met our needs head on vs having to build a new program.
