Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate Prime

We use Adobe Captivate Prime for our video training of our employees. On our end, we are able to see if they completed their training. We are also able to assign new training courses that are required for our drivers to be unlocked to drive for us.

  • In the instructor menu you cannot sort the list by any means
  • Not able to assign training to employees without an email
  • Saves time compared to our last system

  • Makes sure drivers are compliant with training
I have not had to use support.
It is not on your list. We used Yougottraining.com. This was very outdated but I did like that you could just assign it without an email.
Adobe Captivate Prime is well suited in most aspects except for the sorting of completed training and the inability to assign training without email.

Because of the excel issue reading completed courses. Sometimes they are all over the place and hard to find if they are completed.

Adobe Captivate Prime Reliability

We use it for 79 different stores and it works well
When running reports it sometimes is unavailable during business hours. Updates should probably be done during off hours.
Reports sometimes do not generate due to the system updates.
