Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate Prime
Adobe Captivate Prime is being used as the main Learning Management System for delivering all the trainings in the entire organization. The main problem it solves is that it keeps the user engagement level high due to the customizations and automations it offers. It is only used for internal trainings currently.
- Structuring content
- Assigning via making groups
- Auto-assigning once previous training is over
- Unable to generate customized certifications without help of customer support
- Integrations can be made simpler and without using code
- Good ROI, but could be better.
Support may not be the best, but does the job.
Zoho People was also evaluated, but wasn't up to the mark when compared to Adobe Captivate Prime. It is indeed the best in industry.
