Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Firefly
I've used Adobe Firefly to generate AI images for quick-turn projects and to even brainstorm with clients. Often, I've used Firefly as a starting point for a visual project to get an idea from the client on what they are looking for from a stylistic/visual perspective. I can quickly generate what I think the client is looking for, and once I get approval/direction, I can move forward in creating it myself.
Pros
- Generate AI images
- Upload reference imagery
- Upload reference compostitions
Cons
- Firefly doesn't have as accurate AI image generation as other similar systems
- Firefly does not do a good job in generating type or words. There are usually spelling errors or something is missing.
- Style variety
- Firefly can sometimes save money and time in a project
- Offers flexibility for quick-turn requests
Adobe Firefly just isn't as good as ChatGPT Pro. You aren't able to brainstorm with Firely and talk through the evolution of images. It doesn't have as large of a pull across the Internet and overall, just doesn't provide the quality of images that I need. The only thing that Firefly has over ChatGPT is that you can easily upload the reference styles and compositions.
