Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Firefly

Currently, Adobe Firefly is not allowed to be used in our company as we are in the national security realm. I have used it on a personal level and have enjoyed it.

Pros

  • Text to image is fun to play with. It is great for generating ideas
  • Using the images that are created, I like to use them as inspiration for my designs.
  • It is fast at delivering results I can branch off of.

Cons

  • The results vary and some are not usable.
  • I wasn't sure how to best use prompts to get what I wanted.
  • I lost some of the images I created early on as I wasn't sure where my work would be saved.
  • It should be part of the CS plan and not an add on.
  • I do think it could be a valuable too, but now it's just for fun.
I still have some trouble with bad results and tweaking my results. Saving images and creating a library was difficult.
